Our story began in 1979, when Ali A. Saleh, an immigrant with unwavering determination, opened Shop N Save Market in Porterville, California. He built more than a store—he built trust, one customer at a time. I was raised in that store, learning the values of hard work, integrity, and service by watching my father lead with heart.
Today, T. A. Saleh carries forward that legacy through our fuel stations, food service operations, and money service businesses. We proudly operate under trusted brands like Chevron and ExtraMile, but our true identity is local, independent, and rooted in purpose.
We believe in hiring from our community, mentoring our team, and giving people a real shot. Every employee is treated with respect and dignity, and we work hard to make them better than we found them—professionally and personally. Many of our team members are learning skills that will last a lifetime, and we're proud to be part of their journey.
